Neutral Simplicity will meet with you to look at the current state of your home and make note of ways to maximize your home's visual appeal to potential buyers. After the consultation, Neutral Simplicity will send you a detailed summary of our recommendations to complete before photographing or showing your home. This could include advice about paint recommendations, de-personalizing, de-cluttering, room arrangements, decor options, repairs, etc. Quick Stage

This quick stage option is great for those looking to stage their home for pictures only. We can help enhance your online presence to ensure it's not passed over and get more buyers to your doorstep! With our full staging package, Neutral Simplicity will meet with you to discuss changes for your space(s). You will receive a summary of our recommendations and we will set up a time to come and stage your home. For occupied homes we will use a mix of your current items and rented items from Neutral Simplicity. For vacant homes we will use rental items that consist of small furniture and a variety of decor. Rental fees will be on a monthly basis. Client can also purchase some or all of the staged items. Contact us today to stage your home!
