Design Service Fee
$300
Includes:
- Two in-person consultations that are approximately an hour long each (out of area clients have the options to do these via video conferencing or pay for additional mileage).
- First Consultation: We photograph and measure your space, discuss your needs and wants, and set up a time for your second consultation. This is also the time that we collect your Design Service Fee.
- Second Consultation: We will present the vision board and detailed purchase plan for your space (see below). This will give you a good overall sense of how your space will be transformed. Of course we try to leave a couple surprises up our sleeves which really makes it fun for our clients. During this consultation you have the opportunity to make any final changes or decisions about your space. At the conclusion of this meeting we will sign our contract and collect your decor budget.

- Detailed Purchase Plan
- As we create this plan we work to incorporate your wish list while also giving thought to adding fun and unique touches. A lot of time and attention to detail takes place during this planning. We often include options of furniture/decor items for you to choose from, research multiple distributors and retailers, as well as take other customer reviews into consideration. We contact sellers, plan for organizational and budget needs, and search for or design pieces that fit your decor style.
